Over the course of the last year I’ve toiled on writing a new book on optimal fitness for those over 40-years-old. It’s a challenge since there are so many books on the market. Here’s the thing, while I have a lot of knowledge, I want to make sure it’s what you guys want.

I believe that you know better than I in that arena. You know your own motivations and such. That’s the reason why I’m bowing my head and asking for your help. No, I’m pleading so that I can give you the best book possible.

My initial title was called The Four Pillars of Optimal Fitness. Does that attract you? Or not? If you’re over 40 and was to look at a book’s title that grabs you, what would it be?

Aside from the title, I believe you want something of substance that you can use right now, right? Do you want to have optimal fitness or would just being regular fit work for you? You’ve probably read some of the stuff I’ve written about in fitness. Give me feedback if I am on the right track in that area too.
