So many times I’ve heard excuses of why people say they can’t workout.  Most of the time it’s because they don’t have the time.  Or they can’t make it to the gym.  Or it costs too much to go to the gym.  Excuses, excuses, excuses.  I hate them!  Now for no more excuses, okay?

Earlier this year I was introduced to the Gym In A Bag system by Flexsolate.  This system is all it’s said to be and more.  Yes, you can do all the normal exercises as you would in a gym.  And yes, it does help keep the grip out of the workout.

It’s a system that will challenge you in more ways than you think.  It can go from simple to something very expressive in training.  I’ve used it for doing martial arts and boxing specific training.  I also adjusted the system to do an extreme form of burpees.  Basically, I would attach the straps to my arms for resistance.  I would then do a burpee, with a pushup  and immediately followed by a standing row for 15 reps.  I would rest for 15 seconds and repeat for up to 10 sets.  It’s pretty challenging.

You can do what ever kind of workout you want.  I would suggest that you follow the workouts on the supplied DVD and Exercise Flip Chart.  Both are great to get you going.  You can add more resistance by combining the resistance bands.

You can take this system anywhere and at anytime.  If you’re traveling, then you have no excuses of why you can’t work out.  NONE!!!  If you’re at work, then you can take a few minutes at lunch to workout.  If you ramp up the intensity, then you’ll only need a few minutes.  Again, no excuses!  You will eliminate the travel time to the gym.  You’ll eliminate paying monthly fees!

I take mine everywhere.  It’s easy to do and to use.  What I don’t want to hear are excuses of why you can’t workout.  Heck, even on an airline, while traveling for hours, you can get a small workout.  Again, learn to improvise.  Use it at the park, at the beach or in your home.  I don’t care, just use it and get fit.
