It seemed like the month of  June was going to kick my booty in getting my book finished… I mean, I felt like some sort of freaking robot sitting and typing on my computer… There I was typing away as my I thought about what to write…

At least the outside was quite nice and I picked up a good client… As challenging as working on my book was, it is nothing like some of the people I’ve come across that faced “real” challenges in their lives… So, I knew that completing this book was a piece of cake when I compare challenges with someone who may have lost their legs or lost a loved one suddenly…

July hit and I was done with the writing… Uh oh, not done for me!  I still had to convert my book to the proper “clean HTML code.”  That was an adventure in itself… I thought I’d take the easy route and simply use Word’s HTML conversion format… Didn’t work…  Didn’t convert properly… My goal of having my book finished and ready to be launched was fast approaching… July 4, 2012…

July 4th came and I still wasn’t done… The day went by and still not done… I stayed up until about 1 am on July 5th… Finished and loaded up!  Well, not quite… I did load it up and I soon discovered the format wasn’t quite right… I woke up the next morning and finished it… And still, another error I found out later… All the images in my book were not in my book… The HTML code for my pics all had different names…

Okay, more work in changing the code again… Finished… Uploaded again… Finally… I am finished with my book project and I can rest… Whew….

Or can I?

Ummmm.. No… Marketing the book is part of creating a successful book that sells… Now onto my ongoing book business…
