jeal·ous
ˈjeləs/
adjective
adjective: jealous
1.
feeling or showing envy of someone or their achievements and advantages.
“he grew jealous of her success”
Here’s my biggest rants regarding many in today’s world, people are stupidly jealous of the success of another. They are that way to the point that they would love to see the successful person fail. You want to know something? Yes, they may fail and yet, the successful person will come back even stronger than ever before. They created a roadmap through their efforts and know where the mistakes are and which direction to take.
Unsuccessful people tend to complain and more. They are bitter to no end. No matter how much they have, they tend to lose it. This is quite common among those that win the lottery. They just don’t have the right mindset.
Jealousy is one of the most destructive emotions one can have. It has been known to destroy relationships and stops people from being their best possible selves. I have to admit, that I’ve felt that way at times and I am sure that you have too. Letting go may be hard, but it is necessary.
Someone may have attained a certain level of success and you may become jealous or envious of them. I think the truth is that when we feel that way, we’re mad at ourselves. We’re mad because we failed to take consistent and persistent action towards our own dreams. And if we keep the attitude of no action, then at the end of our lives we will have regrets.
It’s only through action will each of us attain our dreams… Our goals… Nothing else beats action. When you combine belief with action, then it becomes powerful!
I say to stop being jealous… Stop being envious… And start on your own journey towards a worthy goal or dream. And start believing in you and your dreams. When you do that and you’re consistent and persistent (learning from your mistakes), then you’ll meet with true success.
When that happens, you’ll probably have people who will be jealous and envious of your success. You did it through your efforts and will have realized that. Let those jealous people be that way. You were once in their shoes until you learned the lesson of belief and action.
I wish you the best on your journey.
